Jadi: The teacher who makes learning joyful

Amir-Emad Mir-Mirany—who most of us know as Jadi—is not just a teacher or a tech activist for me; he is a vibrant, energetic school of thought. Someone who not only shares his technical knowledge generously but also teaches us, through his sharp and different perspective on society, how to think, ask questions, and refuse to stay indifferent to what’s wrong.

Jadi’s approach to teaching is truly unique. He explains even the most complex concepts in a simple, fluent way, sprinkled with witty little jokes—so much so that even if you’re a beginner, you feel like you’ve stepped into a world where learning is easy and enjoyable. His lessons not only help you grow your skills but also shape a new way of looking at things.

One of his remarkable qualities is his warm, “radio-like” voice. From the very first moment you hear it, it conveys a sense of comfort and familiarity. His tone is calm yet full of energy, and when he speaks, it feels like he’s narrating a fascinating story. This is why even his longest podcasts or lectures never feel tiring.

The balance between humor and seriousness in his personality is also noteworthy. He can make you laugh with a small joke and, in the very next moment, lead your mind toward a deeper, more serious subject. This balance is one of the main reasons for his impact.

Of course, Jadi isn’t flawless. Sometimes he jumps into a topic spontaneously and quickly, and while his explanations are inspiring, they may lack detail and precision. This often means the listener or reader needs to do some further digging themselves. But then again, who is perfect? That transparency and spontaneity are also part of his charm.

For me, Jadi is not just a teacher or a familiar figure in the digital world—he is a reminder that it’s possible to learn, to laugh, and to strive for building a better world, all at the same time.
