Unreadable Witticisms – Part 2

  • When you get a good grade with little effort, at first, you think maybe you’re fooling yourself. But then you realize that these lessons were never going to yield anything but nothing. I mean when you’ve forgotten them.
  • Music is a strange thing, like that cold, strange liquid spreading through your entire body (dopamine), syncing with your mood. My ears are astonishingly familiar with certain sounds.
  • The shallowest ones are the deepest. Because they are real.
  • The best new thoughts come to me while studying. That is, when my brain is trying not to study.
  • What could be more boring than a child who is just about to experience something, for someone who is no longer a child?
  • Children imagine their future in the world of adults—they only imagine it. Imagination is more fascinating to them. Some think life is childhood, but life is just life.
  • What a decision! He finally gave up explaining his logic to others. What was inside him took a different shape outside.
  • Sometimes, when thoughts of the past come to his mind, a deep regret overwhelms him, and for a few moments, his world crumbles. A fugitive from the past—perhaps one day he will no longer fear it.
  • Make no mistake! We are not here by God’s will; we are merely the result of a few kids messing around.
  • That poor man never knows anything outside his mind. After all, he can only know. (Knowing itself is a limitation—a human trait.)
